    How do I place an order?

    You may send your purchase order via fax or email and expect a sales order confirmation within that day. We kindly ask that you review your sales orders, sign them, and return them to us to avoid any confusion.

    How soon will I receive my order and what is the cost of delivery?

    Deliveries range between 1-4 business days. Payments are accepted by credit card (for orders less than €500) or check. A one time credit card authorization form must be filled out for each order unless a standing credit card form is filled out to keep on file at the customer’s request. Per delivery charges for deliveries made by White Source Trade are fixed. UPS freight charges & transit times are quoted from UPS.com. Customers may provide their own valid UPS account on their PO to be billed third party (this does not include packaging charges).

    Can I work in terms?

    All new accounts may be eligible for Net 30 day terms. Proper submission of a credit application and a minimum of three C.O.D. orders are required.

    Can I return an order and receive a refund?

    Materials that are unused and in original packaging are accepted for a return within one month of the date of purchase. All products approved for return will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The remainder will be applied as store credit.
